Ongoing Timber Issues that Everyone Will Occur

I use Timber for many projects and have notice quite a few issues that are in need of a desperate fix, I have solved most of them but would please advise to update this repo:

1. Ajax cart method, when selecting your cart method there is no change, this option is broken and I believe it relates to your last commit when you adjusted this section.

2. Mobile Sidebar Issue, when you open the mobile sidebar (left sidebar) the site shows the view like it is in desktop mode, in other words when this is opened it is not rendering the mobile view. This basically renders your site useless upon clicking the menu.

3. When opening the cart and menu sidebars at the same time a endless javascript error occurs and renders your entire site, shopify admin pages and complete browser useless, freezing everything.

4. When opening the menu sidebar you have to have a body background color set or it will leak whitespace below your footer, for example if your footer is black, whitespace will appear underneath it. The only fix that I am aware of is making your body the same color as your footers color, but this is not a fix as nobody wants that entire color to be reflected on the site.

Please work on these issues as timber has always been technically sound and a great starting point.

Are you able to share the fixes you've implemented?

2. Mobile sidebar issue: this is an issue with the latest version of Safari on iOS. At this point I haven't found a way to fix that.
