Add two new agent providers to the Roast DSL: - :codex - OpenAI Codex for non-interactive mode with --full-auto - :opencode - OpenCode CLI for Gemini models Both providers follow the same pattern as the existing Claude provider, supporting custom commands, models, and system prompts. Includes unit tests for both providers.

The "[WARNING] Unhandled data in Claude thinking message" output was printing unconditionally. Now it respects the no_show_progress! config.
