A slew of issues

NOTE: I'll be updating this issue as I fix things.
This is why no one should be using this at the moment lol

1. Default controls aren't hidden
2. Custom controls aren't overlaid on the video
3. Custom controls don't actually do anything (fix this by moving control methods into the PlayerManager, pass the id of the video then work from there)
4. Audio doesn't come out of the system default speakers (might just be a browser issue)
5. Default thumbnail doesn't get replaced on video injection, only when you click the video to play it.
6. None of the other things are done
