Notable changes

• Removed the obviously wrong information from the README files (including removing few files completely).
• Updated some mostly correct documents.
• Run lint and auto-format over the remaining files.
• Decided not to add any new information at the moment since it is not completely clear to me which documentation might be useful and how to ensure that it will not become outdated very soom.
