There was no check for whether the credential is already linked to the subject that needs to be enroled

Notable changes

When 'Enrol Last' callout is processed, SID now additionally checks if the credential is already linked to the targeted GUID. If yes, then dialog is not shown

Testing guidance

• Enrol a subject with a credential
• Make sure no duplicates are found, and enrolment is complete
• Enrol last with providing the GUID and SessionID from enrolment.
• Verify that no dialog is diplayed
