Error Compile

Good morning,

In the last review b08a2a4 I found two faults:

First fault does not compile
Second failure to execute command such as ".damage" the server goes down, the server if that could be launched with this review c0dc567

there no problem to fix compile by self. and i use last revision - do not have a crash with .damage command.

It was compiled with Ubuntu 15.10 and the version 4.8.5 of GCC and G ++
