We need someone to lead the backend and frontend spec, then lead the implementation on the following:
- Add a "guest" model in the database
- Users should be able to add episodes that relate to a guest
- There should be a /guest/* page for each guest, and that page should list all of their episodes
- Guest icons are clickable and list all of that guest’s episodes
