Portal (x64) not able to run maps

Describe the bug
The map isn't being loaded due to recvtables (?)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Just load up a map.
2. See error

Expected behavior
The game running fine

(it will, it worked for me when i was messing around in the csgo engine)
