Replaced `execSync` with `execFileSync` in `packages/core/src/utils/editor.ts` and passed arguments securely as an array to prevent command injection vulnerabilities. Switched from using `command -v` (which requires a shell) to `which` for Unix-like systems, while maintaining `where.exe` for Windows. Updated the corresponding tests in `packages/core/src/utils/editor.test.ts` to mock and assert `execFileSync` behavior. Fixed an import issue in `errors.test.ts` to ensure the test suite builds and runs successfully. Co-authored-by: google-labs-jules[bot] <161369871+google-labs-jules[bot]@users.noreply.github.com>

🎯 What: The vulnerability fixed
Fixed a command injection vulnerability in the
commandExistsfunction ofpackages/core/src/utils/editor.ts.An attacker could potentially execute arbitrary commands on the user's system by passing maliciously crafted strings as the
cmdargument, exploiting the fact thatexecSyncspawns a shell and interpolates the command directly into the shell string.🛡️ Solution: How the fix addresses the vulnerability
The solution replaces
execSyncwithexecFileSync, which prevents the execution of a shell altogether. Arguments are now passed securely as an array, eliminating the risk of shell injection. For cross-platform support, the function now specifically checksprocess.platform === 'win32'and executeswhere.exe [cmd], otherwise it executeswhich [cmd](sincecommand -vis a shell built-in). Tests were updated accordingly.PR created automatically by Jules for task 12797687912229606170 started by @TrueAlpha-spiral
