chore: resolve typescript fixme comment for map param

[TrueAlpha-spiral]

The typescript parameter type [ShellOutputEvent] was already present, fulfilling the fix request. This removes the outdated // FIX comment and fixes an import in a separate test to allow the test suite to pass.
