build install failed

I followed the installation steps at installation.rst and failed at python setup.py install.

realized a issue at line 131 within dataset.py. There is missing else block

Else statements are not mandatory in Python.

I would need to have more details about the error that you get in order to provide
you a solution.

Nevertheless, I would recommend to use the more up-to-date version of the ST Pipeline
