Fix the issue with CLI version not matchign the version from pyproject.toml

v0.2.0

Expected behavior

v0.2.2

Environment

Implementation Notes

Branch: 87-cli-version-mismatch
Approach: Align all CLI-visible version outputs to one source of truth from package metadata.

Decisions

• Use installed package metadata as source of truth for CLI-visible versioning.
• Keep a local pyproject.toml fallback so source-checkout workflows still emit a deterministic version.

Tasks

• Add a single shared version source derived from package metadata
• Replace hard-coded CLI version constants with the shared version source
• Ensure doctor and contract payloads report the same package version
• Update version-related tests to assert against shared/dynamic version values
• Run lint and tests; fix any regressions
• Commit, push, and sync final progress for PR readiness
