Change the name of this repo

The name of this repo is meaningless.
I propose to remove this repo and create a new one :

1. sorters_benchmark_report
2. sorters_comparison_report
3. sorters_performences_report

What do you prefer ?

I will also re run the notebooks and update then for import with spikeinterface.
