@yuri-sergiichuk LGTM, however I wonder how we could pull this off until web and gcloud are released in their 1.7.0.

This PR does the release of the plugin version
1.7.0.This release brings the support of Spine components in version
1.7.0.As part of the PR, I have also updated the copyright disclaimer as per the SpineEventEngine/config#155.
Dart support
This release brings experimental support for configuring
