This PR modernizes the library to support Android 14+ (API 34) and recent Gradle versions.
Migrated all Java classes from android.support.v4 to androidx.* namespace.
Removed deprecated JCenter/Maven upload scripts that cause build failures in Gradle 7.0+.
Updated outdated compile/target SDK versions to API 33.
