Title Display Issue

After installing and configuring NIPAP,I added prefixes but the title is not displaying. I edited the base.html file to display the company name it doesnt appear on the TOP

I can only see the VRF,PREFIXES and POOL, nothing on the top of it .I tried to edit the nipap.css file but nothing changes, the height and margin have been changed but the Text in the HTML file still not displays.
