🤣 This is the output of this: I think CircleCI is masking out the value of the environment variable so it doesn't leak any sensitive info. So this PR isn't going to actually enhance anything. |

Tiny debug enhancement - just echoing out what we're doing before we do it, including the $CI_BRANCH variable (or its default value if it isn't specified).
This also kicks off a CI run using the
small-cleanupbranch of thecirepo from StackStorm-Exchange/ci#85.
