This is similar to the github pack PR: StackStorm-Exchange/stackstorm-github#1.
New
packs.installfrom StackStorm 2.1 allows us to download packs by git URLs and specify branches/tags/sha with a single parameter. Let’s make use of it and simplify thepost_receive_webhookrule.
