Show logs in UI

Feedback from some SEs:

When an action actually runs and there are error logs in the action, hint early on in the UI. Now we jsut show blinking grey and logs don’t show up in UI.

At a minimum, we should collect logs from actions and show it in UI. This requires a new field in execution and a corresponding UI change

If there are library execution errors, etc before the command is even used, the UI never shows the results of this and has to be reviewed via the CLI. It makes the whole thing misleading because not only do we not see the errors, it makes the issue look like the commands ran but never produced any output (which I supposed is true). Either the "view live output" link needs to be replaced with "view results" link or have a separate link to show the raw results field.
