`st2 pack list` does not show more than 100 results

Problem is pagination for the st2 pack list command - it is not handling > 100 installed packs.

st2 pack list needs a transformation to follow the new --last param to output expected number of entries. That'll solve the problem.

Overall this command example is just a part of the bigger problem described here: #3940, there are much more commands like that which are inconsistent between each other.
