Update Docker deployment documentation following the overhaul in https://github.com/stackstorm/st2-docker (StackStorm/st2-docker#192).

Once this PR is merged (which updates https://docs.stackstorm.com/latest/install/docker.html), I'll also need to create the same PR against the v3.2 branch to update the default "stable" documentation page https://docs.stackstorm.com/install/docker.html
