This PR fixes #952 and has an updated path for the API stream endpoint in the examples.
Tested and verified with Stackstorm 3.1 running in the st2-docker setup and verified against the API documentation available at https://api.stackstorm.com/stream/v1/executions/#/action_execution_output_controller.get_one
