StatTag doesn't recognize Stata 16

When attempting to run a DO file on a machine with Stata 16 installed, StatTag shows the progress window but never finishes, completes, or reports an error. It requires StatTag to be forced closed.

When this happen, Stata 16 does not appear to launch.

Need to add Stata16 process name to list

Want to investigate still how to avoid the app hanging if Stata isn't found.
