Within-project searching

We should allow searching within a project. This will likely take place at multiple locations (e.g., we already have a search filter for notes). But it is important to also consider a single search field that can look across all searchable information for a single project.

• Ignore sensitive files (those marked sensitive in StatWrap)

It seems that FlexSearch may be the best option. There are other libraries that allow you to build the index, but most of them are no longer actively maintained. This offers a background worker too, which is how we'd want to use this in StatWrap.

Thank you @vinfinity7! I appreciate your interest, but this is one I forgot to tag as "placeholder". There are some discussions/planning that need to take place before this would be ready for contributions (sorry!).
