Make /guild list and /guild top downloadable #365

It would be interesting to see /guild list and /guild top be downloadable for easy text searching and the ability to easily see the full list of members.
Ideal solution or implementation
I would just add a button to both commands to download a text file or send text file through a ephemeral message. The file for guild list would only need to show displayName and guild rank. The file for guild top should show position, displayName, guild rank, gexp, and the current date/mode the command was in.
