Epic Goal: Build production-ready networking and consensus randomness.

Scope: Implement libp2p Gossipsub for P2P communication and VRF for secure block proposer selection.

Success Criteria:

• ✅ Blocks and transactions propagate via Gossipsub
• ✅ VRF provides cryptographic randomness
• ✅ Network scales to multi-node testnet
