Adding PSGallery tags

Hi, sorry for coming back so late.
But the PR is on the wrong branch (should point to dev) and this is actually a superficial fix, as the tags should be set via build script.
I had an identical PR which actually does all of that #279

I will close this one. But please, don't hesitate to do another PR. cheers
