Do you have a controller or other input devices attached to the computer while starting Eco?
If so, try removing them before starting Eco. If not, please provide your logfiles (https://github.com/StrangeLoopGames/EcoIssues/wiki/Getting-the-Eco-game-log-file) and if possible a video of the issue.
