When images have a "width" in style, need to add a "width" attribute for Outlook

We are wanting to move over to this package from premailer, but presently we can't because this package is not adding "width" attributes to images (as premailer does), resulting in most versions of Outlook ignoring the width in "style" and using native sizes, which causes blowout of the email. Any chance we might get that added in?
