Add a download dropdown button for the website with links to the ISOs

As the title suggests, the current download button on the website contains a link to the mirror hosted on a webserver. It could be further improved by including a proper download dropdown menu that links the latest download links to the ISOs directly

Since the website is made using starlight, the part that needs to be worked on is in src/content/docs/ and the css files are in src/styles
