Remove icon font ttf file

I'm breaking this apart into pieces.

This updates drops the TTF file for our icon fonts. The TTF file is only required for old versions of Internet Explorer which we no longer support.

This removes 57KB from our ~3230KB app, saving close to 2% of overall file size.

I tested this in Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Edge.
