• Ralph Loop Enforcement: Make Ralph Loop NON-NEGOTIABLE for all feature branches, add mandatory tasks.md gate, pre-flight checklist, and "Why This Matters" section
• Branch Protection Rules: NEVER commit directly to master or preview, NEVER create/merge PRs without user confirmation

Updates CLAUDE.md with:

1. Added "Branch Protection Rules — NEVER VIOLATE" to Branching Strategy
2. Replaced Development Workflow with mandatory 4-step process including tasks.md gate
3. Strengthened Ralph Loop section with MANDATORY language, pre-flight checklist, PR comment requirements
