Does not work

It does not work for me. It is hosted on a public site. Installs well, but there are no other requests to the site except to manifest.json.

I guess the problem is with Stremio, not the add-on. Stremio just doesn't choose to make a request to it. There are other add-ons that it makes requests to. These are Torrentio and Local Files (without catalog support). Does Stremio already prevent user-created add-ons (unofficial and non-community) from running?
I copied and used the exact Torrentio manifest.json, just changed the ID, and the result was the same - no requests at all.

I think I got it. manifest.php should be manifest.json And I got it at the test site https://app.strem.io/shell-v4.4
