Scanner cameras respawn in the slots after server restart

Describe the issue.

Cameras preinstall themselves on the scanner, restarting the server after using the cameras causes them to duplicate.

Describe the steps you took to encounter the bug.

Built the scanner and noticed the cameras were automatically installed on the sides. I don't believe that is intended behavior, but I haven't played vanilla Subnautica either.

Then I used a camera by uninstalling it and then interacting with camera inside the scanner, moving it around etc.
Note, I did not reinstall this camera.
Afterwards, I quit the game and restarted the server.

Then, the cameras were again preinstalled, although now there's 3 cameras. Two installed and the one I never reinstalled.

Relevant log output

No logs are present for before because the logs are overwritten for the same day.

Thank's for the report, I've linked an issue that keep tracks of scanner room sync. As per 1.8.0.1 the whole scanner room isn't synced
