As of right now, the undo-all and set background capabilities are rolled into one, and characterized as a garbage bin icon. This confuses players as they may hit the garbage bin to restart, and find their entire screen go black. It also confuses players that accidentally hit it and have no idea how to revert this.
Maybe the solution is to pick a different icon. Maybe the solution is to separate the capabilities, or even remove undo-all if we implement a good undo stack.
