Contradiction Detector (contradiction_detector.py): - Immune system for the vocabulary corpus - Detects: duplicate names, pattern overlaps, dependency cycles, semantic drift, broken dependencies - 13 tests passing, validates real vocabulary clean L0 Constitutional Scrubber (l0_scrubber.py): - Hostile audit of proposed new L0 primitives - Checks conflicts with existing 7 primitives, detects if candidate tiles into existing - 38 tests passing Ghost Vessel Loader (ghost_loader.py): - Resurrect tombstoned vocabulary as read-only ghosts - Load tombstones from JSON, consult ghosts by query, resurrect with context - 40 tests passing Total: 2181 tests passing From Roundtable Ranked Backlog: items #1, #3, #5 built

Session 13 deliverables for Oracle1 Priority #1 and #2: - unified_interpreter.py: First running implementation of converged FLUX ISA spec (isa_unified.py). 60+ opcodes, Format A-G decoding, register overlap safety verified, 470 lines. - conformance_runner.py: Standalone cross-runtime test executor. Imports TEST_VECTORS, runs through unified VM, outputs JSON report. Usage: python tools/conformance_runner.py - conformance-report-2026-04-12.md: Full analysis of ISA bifurcation, test results, C runtime gap, recommendations. Result: 20/20 PASS, 0 FAIL, 3 SKIP (source-description tests need compiler) Opcodes exercised: HALT, NOP, INC, DEC, PUSH, POP, MOVI, MOVI16, ADD, SUB, MUL, MOD, AND, OR, XOR, CMP_EQ (16 unique)
