Basilisk KMD transaction error: 'couldnt create rawtx'

When trying to send Komodo in Basilisk mode, an error occurs after hitting Confirm in the popup box to confirm the transaction:

This is not GUI bug. The issue replicated when used incorrect amount of funds to send a transaction.

like using more funds to send than available funds.

Upon next beta release please test this issue again and report back with the exact steps to replicate. closing this issue for now.
