It should be possible to easily register time-based triggers. For example, change a thread from Y status back to X after Z days and send a reminder to whomever is assigned to the ticket.

This is an easy win already because of core APIs, but we should have a standard "SupportPress" way of doing it.

We'll work on this post-MVP.
