One thing that is uber painful in current tools is that they don't provide an easy ability to hook in to actions you need to take. Ticket tools are kept to acting on tickets, not necessarily the things you need to do in order to solve that ticket.
For example, we get many DMCA requests each week. Every request requires the file to be purged, the blog to be suspended, and a couple other minor things. Sometimes a single DMCA is 50+ files. That's 50+ files to purge, sites to delete, etc. In other words, there goes 2 hours of your day.
SupportPress should have the ability to hook in actions that allow an agent to handle repetitive tasks like this all at once. That way painful, manual processes are a button.
