[Frontend][Improvement] Validation form is inconsistent.

There are two inconsistent situations:

• There is a red symbol "must have required.." but the form can continue to the next step (e.g. Authors)
• There is a red symbol that indicates missing metadata but everything is filled (correctly)

I think the first point you mention was a design decision as I remember. I will fix the second point you raised. In the meantime, we can discuss ( or maybe you and Andrzej), if we should prevent users from not completing that information ( like authors) and enforce that behavior at the facility level?
