hotfix: Won't render the description or keyword fields if they’re empty

Overview

Check to see if keywords or description metadata exists in shared workspace. If they do not, the portal will not render the fields.

Changes

Checks if metadata.keywords and metadata.description exist in order to render those fields in shared workspaces.

Testing

1. Find a shared workspace that doesn't have a description, and make sure the heading isn't rendered. I can add reviewers to a workspace if need be. (See fig 1)
2. Find or create a workspace that doesn't have keywords, and make sure the heading isn't rendered. (See fig 2)
3. Find a shared workspace that doesn't have a description and doesn't have keywords, and make sure both headings aren't rendered. I can add reviewers to a workspace if need be. (See fig 3)
4. Find or create a workspace that has both keywords and a description, and make sure both headings are rendered. (See fig 4)
