Project Key Features

    LCDirectLAN is built around BepInEx, a widely-used and popular patcher for Unity games. Additional required dependencies is kept to a minimum, and if possible, are bundled together in release.

    LCDirectLAN is designed to be easy to use and with default configuration that should be suitable for most players.

    LCDirectLAN is built around a configuration file that allows users to customize nearly all options.

    LCDirectLAN prioritizes compatibility with other mods, and even unmodded LAN players.

    LCDirectLAN is open source and are released under the MIT License, see the LICENSE file for more information.

    Source code is available on GitHub, bug report, interesting feature request, and pull requests are welcome.

Features (Fixes and Enhancements to LAN Lobbies)

  • Modify Lobby Hosting Port, allowing multiple lobbies to be hosted in the same IP Address.
  • Manual IP and Port input for joining lobby.
  • Supports automatic server configuration via DNS, supports the following DNS records:

    • SRV (IP + Port)
    • TXT (IP + Port)
    • A (IP)

  • Custom Username support, not related to the Steam Username.

  • In-Game Latency display, with support for 2 types of client side measurements:

    • Round-Trip Time (RTT) latency to the host (Default)
    • One-Way latency to the host

  • Modify the game default join connect timeout value to a custom value.
