Make sure we give status code 410 to GET /sc/handle on shutdown of SC (and REST Server) according to our spec.

Tested this by starting the rest server from the console (because Eclipse does not allow you to press CTRL+C on a Java applicaiton to initiate a graceful shutdown). You can retrieve the large command line to start it via Eclipse's Run Configuration. Note that it might tell you that it cannot get the command line, which might be caused by you installed a second launcher (like VisualVM) and this apparently make it fail to retrieve the command line. Also to make debugging easier you should replace the javaw.exe command with the java.exe command and remove the encoding parameter. After you have started the rest server from the command line you initiate a GET /sc/handle method via Postman and while waiting for it to return (in about 28 seconds) you press CTRL + C in the console to initiate a graceful shutdown. Then look at the GET /sc/handle request and whether it indeed returned with a status code 410. In my case it did not, so this issue is not fixed.

Either remove this status code from the spec or make sure it returns it in a graceful shutdown.
