Move log statement regarding meta data exchange to debug level.

The log statements of the meta data knowledge exchange that the Knowledge Engine uses under the hood is confusing for partners, because they do not know why these knowledge interactions take place. Maybe we should move these meta data statements to DEBUG log level?
