PSR-18 and PSR-17 has been out for almost a year. It's high time we use those, especially as php-http (for their plugins, their interfaces) has kinda adopted it.
They did start the PSR after all. 😂
I bumped to php 7.3 while I was at it (almost did for 7.4 but meh)
