Annotating commits #37

@mhyee

Description

@mhyee

Commits are only labelled by their commit hashes. So on our graphs, it's very difficult to tell what specific change (ie algorithm change) corresponds to what result.

To keep things simple, annotations shall only be added from the console. So we don't need a web UI for this.

The data points on the graph should have a tooltip that displays the annotations. Hovering over the commit hash in the table should also show an annotation. (The commit hash itself should be a link to the Moolloy tree at that commit [not the commit itself].)
