Bluetooth++ is a privileged app to manage Bluetooth device classes (CoD).
It can be installed as a Magisk module.
Default string resources for the Bluetooth++ app are located here: app/src/main/res/values/strings.xml.
Translate and place it in the respective location (app/src/main/res/values-[lang]/strings.xml).
