The info.xml has a version compatibility with CiviCRM 4.8, which does not exist.

and you can keep just 5.0 if the extension supports 5.0 and later.

@tttp Would you like me to move this extension to Gitlab, so that we can fix minor issues like this? The extension has 140 users.
