I can't update Pygame

I have an old version of Pygame Zero on my Raspberry Pi 3. (3b I think). I've tried multiple ways but I can't get the new version of Pygame (when I type "import pgzrun" in the IDLE it says the module doesn't exist.)
Can you please tell me what I should do?
