1, EstimatePage - DlgApuManager: Quantity number formatting fixed - it displays the extra 2 digits always.

2, Does this issue always happen?
As I can see the SignalR is working well between the Estimate and Apu pages.
Tested locally and in the Development environment.

Good morning,

Typically, my team prepares the estimates, and before finalizing them, we convene on a Google Meet session to review the estimate among 2 or 3 people. This is where we need the live update functionality because each of us might be making different changes to various parts of the estimate at the same time.

On Tuesday, I was working with one of our employees, and at a certain point, when we finished reviewing the budget, we realized that the total displayed on his computer was different from mine. Consequently, we took a screenshot to share it with you. After refreshing our screens, both of us saw the same number.

This happened on Tuesday, I do not know if you upload any change to production after that.
